Pathetic Part 2
Pathetic Part 2 Well, we did as your response to our original "Pathetic" review, we called your customer service. They claimed it was denied because of our Bulldog having "Stenotic Nares". Hmmm, to correct Stenotic Nares the dog would have to have his nostrils widened via surgery. Every Vet web site outlines this quite well. As previously noted in our original "Pathetic" review our dog needed a reduction in soft palate. Below is taken from his ACTUAL MEDICAL RECORD ON THE ENCOUNTER DATE ... Physical Exam: 5) Respiratory: Increased upper respiratory noise, elongated soft palate, MILDLY stenotic nares – no Nasal discharge tracheal palpitation unremarkable, pulmonary auscultation clear bilaterally with referred laryngeal sounds Plan Recommended palate resection Hmm, don't see any mention of "Stenotic Nare" surgery... maybe because his assessment was MILDLY. And, by the way, he did have a Palate resection. Now we are waiting for you to send us your "appeal" form. I'm assuming you will be getting a "Pathetic 3" soon after. Hey... just a thought regarding customer service... call our Vet... she would be more than happy to educate you

Great service when we needed it.
We had only just switched to Sonnet when we had an home invasion. Our front door was kicked in and was badly damaged. We called it in and some one was at our place within the hour to temporarily fix the door so it could be locked. After that Sonnet took care of the replacement in short order. I would recommend Sonnet to anyone looking for Home and Car insurance. Thank you.

I have two homeowners policies with Sonnet now for 1.5 yrs. I have contacted them via phone several times with questions answered promptly. To date, there has been no issues with this company. My monthly payment is deducted automatically, so there are no problems with coverage being discontinued due to non or late payments. I have had courteous, friendly service with each contact so far

Never ending issues
I was in a collision that resulted in a total loss of my vehicle. Tow truck took more than 2hrs. Police had to have the car towed. My adjuster didn't know where my car was towed to, or where it was being appraised. Appraisal was more work on my end than necessary. Even with links to dealerships selling the exact make/model/year/mileage. Reaching any department is nearly impossible. Claims department is inconsistent with information. I went from no deductible, to maybe 50/50, to at fault. Claims department needs to be emailed the same documents repeatedly. INCLUDING an ambulance fee. I got a second letter in the mail reminding me of the unpaid balance. The rental car company called me saying my rental was over due and that they have not heard back from my insurance. I had to call the insurance and ask them to call the rental company. I was told to return the rental and went 2 weeks with no car untill the settlement cheque arrived. Due to the pandemic, the delivery date of my new car is unknown to the dealership. I've paid for the whole year. They canceled my auto policy. This "savings" will cost you. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Edit: The response to this review from sonnet is useless, they didn't help at all. UPDATE: Received a FINAL NOTICE for the ambulance fee. SONNET NEVER PAID IT! I paid out of pocket so my credit score doesn't get affected due to this epic failure of an insurance company.

Farley is pretty special to us
Farley is pretty special to us. We like the way Pets Best handled the two claims we submitted. Unfortunately, Farley is a lab puppy of 18 months and likes to put everything in his mouth. Sometimes it gets him into trouble. Thanks for your support while Farley grows up. Fred Underwood

Just signed on with Many Pets
Just signed on with Many Pets. So far customer service has been excellent and the policy is very clear and easy to understand. Compared several others and this pet plan seemed to be the best value for the premium.
