Trupanion Came Through
Trupanion helped out when I was in a bind. My 1 1/2 year old sheltie put his back paw through a pitch fork while playing fetch. He was taken to the Emergency Vet Clinic for treatment. The amount payable following treatment was more than I had at the time. They said they accepted Trupanion but I would have to pay the full amount up front then send a claim myself to get the amount covered. They agreed to call Trupanion for me and thank goodness Trupanion came through for me and approved the claim and sent the money through right away. Thank You Trupanion!!!! My boy has since recovered and is racing around s though nothing happened!

My cat Ingested a foreign object!
My cat recently had a bowel obstruction caused by eating a staple. The claim process was very straightforward and simple. The diagnosis and procedure were both covered and both claims were handled with ease and quickness. Not what I have come to expect from insurance claims. It was refreshing! My cat is happy healthy again! I am a very happy customer as this insurance really had our backs and lessened the blow by nearly $2,000.

This insurance has declined to apply one penny of pet expenses to my deductible. They always seem to find a loophole to avoid. Sickening way to treat customers. I’ve recommended it to my neighbors but no more as I don’t trust them.
