So far, so good!
So far, so good...........I just switched to SPOT. The full coverage has not kicked in yet but the reason I switched was because of what SPOT offered. I was very unhappy with my previous policy. SPOT offered the opportunity to pick my own coverage, deductibles and payment plans. The coverage is greater than before. Presently, SPOT gets ****** (6 stars)!

Experience of claim submission
All my claims leading up to my deductible arrived through the portal. My 3 rd claim was a partial reimbursement and sub’s on 5/19/2023 nothing only in process. I called the end of May and asked why the woman was not helpful. I reissued and still an issue called to be sure the woman was not the same and very pleasant and most helpful. She was the reason I would give 5 stars. I believe I only gave 4. Maybe you should listen to the recording of our call and use it in training the way to do. I am also a MetLife retire.

Prompt reimbursement for wellness
I made a wellness claim on 6/1 and was reimbursed within 8 days via direct deposit. I purchased the insurance and wellness for my 8 week old puppy. Hoping not to use the accident or illness benefit anytime soon but hopefully the claims process will be as seamless.

We purchased a Met Life Pet policy for our rescue pup, Fiona, after it was offered free for 30 days at the time of adoption. The best decision we could have made! Claims processing is so quick and easy and reimbursement is direct deposited into our bank account!. More important than this amazing service is the peace of mind we have knowing our girl is covered should an emergency arise. Thank you Met Life.

Enrolling was difficult because I kept…
Enrolling was difficult because I kept getting bounced around to different pages, some of which I knew I had already completed. Then I would receive an email stating that I needed to provide info that had already been provided. It seems like the website did not update before these auto emails were sent. Just today 6/8 I received an email about vet care that had been provided for my pet since adopted, again, already provided. This is basically a major medical policy since preventative tests and such are not paid for. I have a policy for my other 2 dogs that is both for about the same price through Nationwide. I chose this one because I do not have to file claims myself, which was tedious and often required info to be provided that only my vet had. We shall see how this works.
