Customer service is great but the refund timing is way to long. I had redo my account I’m still waiting on my refund of my deposit. ( from 5/25) And still waiting on my claim refund which has been longer then 2-4 days.

Very slow claim review
After weeks of research and comparing companies, we decided to go with pumpkin because they claimed to pay out quickly and cover the most. However, we submitted our first claim for preventative services and were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before it was even reviewed. I am hoping this won't be the norm but honestly this is disappointing. I am currently shopping around....AGAIN but this time I will be looking at the claims process as part of my evaluation.
