My 10 month old Frenchie was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 months ago. PetsBest paid 90%, of close to $10,000, in emergency vet bills, with no hassle. The best $50 a month, I have ever spent! I purchased the insurance when my puppy was 10 weeks old. Never anticipated her developing epilepsy. She was afforded the best medical care a dog can have. MRI, spinal tap and other tests performed to rule out any other causes, for the epilepsy. I will always have pet insurance and thank God for it!

Easy to use and way cheaper then most other companies in Alberta by few hundred dollars that add up to over a 1000$ a year for us . Yes I am a good driver, husband not so much but he is getting better with the slowing down do speed limit.

This is a satisfactory pet insurance
This is a satisfactory pet insurance, but very expensive. I have 3 cats. And 2 of them are turning 3 years old, so now I'm being charged $20 more for them. They have no conditions and have only been to the vet once per year, so I don't agree with the raise in my plan; it was way too much if tou ask me. The rest is fine.

It was easy to contact insurance staff and get my direct deposit fast. However, I’ve called several times to discuss process for reimbursement. I tried to get into portal to register but to no avail could not register. Requested password reset, the password sent 471632 did not work. I’m not very happy.

3 stars because they paid a portion of my claim however the wait time for responses and answers is way too long. My other issue ( which I’m still waiting for to be resolved) is my dog had surgery on 7/20, on 7/21 my claim auto renewed so I had to pay 2 deductibles for one surgery which is completely unfair. My surgery date was delayed partly on waiting for a response from you so that additional deductible should be reversed.
