"I had to take my little dude to the emergency room after I noticed some green discharge from his eye. I wasn't too worried knowing I had insurance on both of my dogs. After unsuccessfully trying to upload my claim via the app or website, I called and was directed to send an email for my claim. After about 8-10 days I received an email stating that my claim was going to be paid with no further documentation needed. Pretty easy process.
Best choice I’ve made in 20 years!!
"After 20 years of paying until it hurt, I decided to try pet insurance for my brand new poodle pup after my sister recommended you. The insurance pays for itself. I had my first round of vaccinations, wellness check and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives and was more than pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was reimbursed. All easily uploaded via my phone. Super fast turnaround and attention to my claim. So happy I went with Pet's Best!"
