Claims processed quick. I submitted a wellness claim, and it was processed the next day. ManyPets’ customer service was very nice and listened to my concerns, they do pick up the phone as well, I didn’t have to wait long when I called them. I have 6 dogs, and I use ManyPets for them all.

If there was a NO STAR they would receive it. I have listened to my son call every single day for almost two months. They are hanging on to money and making money on it. Car is written off... title is signed over and they say "The Team Lead will call you back". Calls are recorded.. if we have to move to that step. Next step is media and ombudsman.
