Set up policy over the phone, I had a ton of questions about the fine print, and they answered all of them in a satisfactory way, little to no wait time to speak to an agent, and they were pleasant and helpful

I am very impressed with Spot insurance and feel peace of mind. The submission of claims are easy and simple. My only wish is that there is a FAQ for coverage. IE: Does my plan cover spaying? Does my plan cover prescription food? Thanks for offering a great product and the great service.

I went with Spot because of the coverage and turnaround time for reimbursement.
I went with Spot because of the coverage offered but also because they boasted about reimbursement within 3-4 days. It took 2 weeks to get my 1st reimbursement from a dog attacking my dog. I'm grateful he had coverage but wished a claim that was as clear cut as the one I submitted was reimbursed sooner. Same with the claim I submitted on 8/17. It said there was a 3 day turnaround. I know I needed to upload some forms, which I did immediately. I'm still waiting for underwriting and my claim still says I need to upload forms but I already did that and sent in everything I have.
