Overall I am extremely happy with our pet insurance. I would like to see claims to be processed a little quicker, but we have yet to have one denied. Thanks to Pets Best my girl has all the care she needs that I might otherwise be unable to achieve!

Great customer service and easy process
Embrace customer service was extremely helpful and very professional. I had to take my 8 month old pup in to emergency services for vomiting, I filed my claim the next day and had my refund within two weeks. This was my 1st claim and I as soon as they had all his records they sent my refund the next day! I’m so happy we got Embrace! They made the process so easy!

Excellent in every way
Trupanion’s customer service is wonderful -everyone was so kind and helpful as we navigated the complexities of our Red Rose’s illness. The coverage was excellent. After the deductible was met for her condition, they paid 90% of some very sizable vet bills -no problems or limits, allowing us to get her all of the treatment she required. Most other pet insurance policies pay according to schedules and cap spending on a yearly basis. Under that structure, many of her vet expenses would not have been covered. The online claims submission process is very easy. We just purchased a Trupanion policy for our new puppy. We truly hope we will not experience a situation where we will even meet the deductible, but it’s reassuring to know Trupanion will be there if needed. It’s a great company and we would very highly recommend them.

I found out my adopted cat had CKD only…
I found out my adopted cat had CKD only a few months after adopting her and I can't tell you how grateful I am to have gotten Healthy Paws insurance immediately after adopting her. The medical bills racked up quickly and thankfully Healthy Paws extensive coverage has protected us financially while also helping to care for my baby girl!
