Sick kitty got better, got reimbursed
Processing the claim was easy, snap a photo of vet bill and all good. There was a problem with the cheques. The letters and cheques were not properly perferated and cause an issue with my Bank's ATMs. Got it resolved so it's all ok.

Claim for my little dog Belle
Although there was a problem where I submitted my claim for medication for a condition that had long since had it's deductible paid and was at first told that I would get nothing back on the claim I submitted, once I appealed the claim was paid. Trupanion looked into this and found they were in error and quickly corrected it. That was good service.

Easy enough to get and quote and purchase online. Prices are competitive. Very helpful telephone customer service staff, when you get through to them. Nice to not get a constant flow of paper in the mail. For a web based business they should, but don't, offer e-versions of proof of insurance. They also tend to send me at least three copies of every email. Maybe because I have three policies, but really.... The real proof of quality would, of course, be a claims experience. I hope to never have to go there.
