Like the insurance but response time…
Like the insurance but response time for filing paper claim is a bit long. I still have not received my approved reimbursement check. Also I just added another dog exactly the same breed very healthy and you premium quote was higher....than the puppy I enrolled only 6 months ago. I still like you as a company but I do notbthink this is fair.

Don't pay a single premium to this company. For a small claim, they will request so much information from every vet that your dog has ever seen that the vet cannot reasonably respond. Then they deny payment of the claim and blame the vet.
