Not worth the stress!

I have never in my life had an experience with a company SO FRUSTRATING and ABSURD. Ill start by saying that every single claim we filed got turned down, no matter the content, until I called and complained, at which point they’d admit their fault and change it. The final straw was my most recent claim, which took over two months to process because they kept sending me the same automated email (4 times) asking for “more information” on the pet’s medical history, despite the fact that from the very first email I told them there was none since she was adopted within a year. By the time I got the fourth email and called customer service (again) to explain, the woman filed a complaint on my behalf because even she didn’t understand why they wouldn’t stop asking me the same question. Today they finally finished processing my claim - meant to cover treatment for allergies, which is something they SAY they cover under illness on their website - and told us that it was a “preexisting condition”, because when we adopted her she had allergies too. I can’t stress enough that this company has no desire to help you, only itself. Find insurance elsewhere, trust me. It isn’t worth the stress.

Super easy process

Super easy process! Although there was a slight error when PetPlan switched to Fetch (my e-mail address got mixed up w someone else’s), Customer Service was easy to deal with and answered all of my questions! Was able to upload files through the app and got my reimbursement after a few days. I’m glad I have Fetch for my dog. It helped put my mind at ease knowing she was covered after she had bladder stones and a foreign body removal.

Great experience! Fast, user friendly app…

Our dog has been having chronic…

Our dog has been having chronic digestive issues and had to see an Internal Medicine Specialist, and needs to be on a very expensive prescription medicine. PetsBest has helped cover a lot of the Vet visit expenses, and even covers the cost of medication! We are so thankful to have the coverage!

I've never had a more positive experience

I have never spoken with a representative for a company that made a phone call so pleasant and hassle-free. Stephanie spent nearly 40 minutes helping me to understand my policy and describing the benefits of my policy.
