Phenomenal company. Pets Best Insurance is the best.
Well, for more than two years, my beautiful, ENYA, has been insured with Pets Best and I am thrilled overall. When I tell people what I pay per year for premiums, they say oh my God. It’s a drop in the bucket when your dog has got something serious. In my opinion, PetsBest, this is the best insurance company that you can get. Sure somethings aren’t covered, but get the best plan that covers everything and you will be his grateful as I am. Sometimes claims take a little bit longer, but I know they are going to pay me and respond. Our whole world has been turned upside down since Covid and everybody is shorthanded, so be patient with them and be grateful that you are insured with the best.!

The website was glitchy, and had me in the wrong state for my ZIP Code. So I called, and the person who answered was utterly delightful! Super helpful, kind, and as befuddled as I was about the weirdness. And it all got fixed!

Unfortunately, my dog Enzo was bitten by a rattlesnake mid-June. Even though I needed to resubmit some receipts and follow-up multiple times with phone calls, Embrace did pay claims submitted. Their reps were pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend Embrace!

I would like claims to be processed in…
I would like claims to be processed in a more timely fashion. Claim processing seems to take too long. Also, sometimes invoices from the Vet include wellness and illness.
