Terrible
Terrible, cancelled my house insurance for no reason…let that go and kept my vehicle insurance. I tried to remove my kids from my insurance as they had their own and moved out on their own. Was unable to remove and was assured it was done, they still took the full amount out of my account and then two weeks later did not remove the kids and clearly they had their own insurance that all insurance providers can see. I spoke with cust service several times to no avail. I cancelled all my policies and went elsewhere. Beware of false assurances from this company….it will cost you big dollars!

My little one is 2 years old and I was reluctant to purchase pet insurance when we first purchased the puppy because of the cost of pet insurance. Claims processed quick. I submitted a wellness claim, and it was processed the next day. ManyPets’ customer service was very nice and listened to my concerns, they do pick up the phone as well, I didn’t have to wait long when I called them. I have 6 dogs, and I use ManyPets for them all.

If there was a NO STAR they would…
If there was a NO STAR they would receive it. I have listened to my son call every single day for almost two months. They are hanging on to money and making money on it. Car is written off... title is signed over and they say "The Team Lead will call you back". Calls are recorded.. if we have to move to that step. Next step is media and ombudsman.
