I was trying to get a quote l.
I was trying to get a quote for a third car on my existing policy. However the process is not easy. You can modify the policy but it never gives you the monthly rate of the new car. Only the changed price to term. Thanks his is difficult to understand as the dates of remaining payments be time left on term varies. It would be nice if both were displayed. As in 1000 will be the change in current policy or $250 per month. Something to make it simple knowing exactly how many months are remaining on existing term.

Good coverage, slightly long reimbursement time
Reimbursements usually take a few weeks, but they seem very fair. Thank goodness we have Pet's Best -- they covered everything anticipated for our pup's emergency visit after she ate something bad (of which we'll never know the origin). It made it much easier and far less scary to say "yes" to all the recommendations by the vet, knowing most of it would be covered.

I inquired about pet insurance for my new Boxer puppy. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the coverage. I purchased the plan for what I believe is a great price, with 90% reimbursement for accident and illness after a $500.00 deductible that I chose. Also covers any licensed Vet of my choice. Could not find a better price than I got.

Disappointed
I think Figo can be great! They started off amazing but when it came time to make a claim I was very disappointed. My dog got really sick and was in and out of the hospital for 3 days. Come to find out he had an allergic reaction to something but the symptoms he was showing were vomiting, lethargic, and not eating. Since i had said at one vet appointment less than a year previous that he had vomited,it was considered a pre existing condition so it was not covered to the full amount. I used to work as a vet assistant and almost any condition a dog ends up with, the symptoms are vomiting diarrhea and not eating. So to say that he had vomited once before that had nothing to do with an allergic reaction and it be considered pre existing was crazy to me. Other than that the insurance for my cat has been great. Hope it continues to get better.

I love Sonnet for the most part.
I love sonnet for the most part. The only thing I think could be improved, is having some sort of support to work on the weekends. When I bought my new car (on a weekend because I work all week during regular business hours) I wasn’t able to update my policy online, and I was unable to call and speak with someone in person on a weekend. Having to wait until the Monday to be able to speak to someone was a bit of a head ache. However, with that aside I love how easy sonnet is to use with every other aspect. Every time I’ve had to call and speak with an agent, the customer service was fantastic.

This is a great company to partner with for ur insurance needs, i am NOT computer savvy, once i went to the site it was simple , u have to pay attention to multi policys to make sure both policy's are being debit to the right account. This is where i went wrong. Fixed with one phone call ,by a very polite and knowledgeable person walked me through the process. I am now a little more at ease with using my device .Thanks .
