Best Pet Insurance Company
I used two other pet insurance companies (both for cats) before settling on Healthy Paws for our new cat, and I would not use either of them again after having Healthy Paws for several years. Healthy Paws does require that you pay the vet bill up front, then submit the claim with all the required information and payment receipt, but Healthy Paws has always processed my claims promptly, and within the rules of the policy. Over my several years of using Healthy Paws, I’ve had to call customer service two or three times to get clarification on something, and the rep was always easy to understand, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws for your pet insurance provider.

Easy to make claims and prompt support and processing. They stayed true to their word and honored all major claims unlike some other insurers that I’ve used in the past who used various excises to duck out. Great company and I hope they stay that way!

When we decided to get another Bernese mountain dog I purchased Pet insurance right away. My vet told me to go with Trupanion. It was the best decision I ever made! My dog, Buckeye has had some issues and Trupanion has covered everyone, without question or delay! I'm very comforted in knowing that any future issues that come up with my beloved Buckeye, will be taken care of right away to get him back to his best health! Thank you Trupanion.

There were issues with registering for insurance with the original quote i received (which was priced much lower than the one I ended up enrolling with). The agent i spoke with advised that it would take several days to get the issue sorted out with tech support which was not conducive to my timeline. As a result i redid my quote from scratch and settled for the higher price i saw.

I got an email saying my premium could…
I got an email saying my premium could not be processed in the amount of 98.68 for November due on the 8th. I tried to log into account but stopped (error 16) security. Contacted advisor and told cannot access account from outside canada must get somebody to do so from inside, tried to do that and Advisor siad email is not secure cannot help. As you know insurance is required to drive a vehicle in Canada and if you cancel mine due to this security reason, please tell me what options I have? I have tried my best. I am able to access my bank accounts, credit cards and so on from here except the insurance. All I want to do is find a way to pay the insurance premium if possible

We've had Embrace for many years
We've had Embrace for many years, and it has been a godsend on many occasions. In spite of having a medical record literally two inches thick, Vader is still doing well at 15 years young thanks to Embrace's help. The online claim process is simple, turnaround time is generally quick, and every staff member we have ever dealt with has been very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
