Trupanion is excellent insurance for my dogs. I always recommend to people with dogs. They have paid numerous claims on my 2 of my 3 dogs so far and I am truly thankful thank I chose Trupanion.

Trupanion delivers great experience
Trupanion follows through on their commitments with about as little hassle as Iâve ever experienced with any company, let alone an insurance company. Our claims were submitted easily submitted through their web application, and Trupanionâs review was complete within a couple of days. The reimbursement was exactly what we were expecting from the claim, no haggling or unexpected reductions. The only thing I donât like about Trupanion is that dealing with our human insurance is that much more painful after having such ease with our pet insurance.

Quick and easy claims process.
The Trupanion claims process has been extremely quick and helpful during a very stressful time for Sully and our family. I am somewhat disappointed that after activating my first serious surgical claim, I got an email indicating that my insurance cost per month would be increasing.

Since our dog's successful cancer treatment two years ago Iâve been recommending TruPanion to everyone I know. Not only has the financial assistance for treatments been a relief, but the interface with the hospitals in terms of direct payments has taken away the responsibility for dealing with the reimbursement process. Everything regarding payment for services, including insurance reimbursement, is done before leaving the doctors office. Amazing!

I've been paying Trupanion for 9 years.
I've been paying Trupanion for 9 years. Ive never been late on a payment. My payments are automatically withdrawn. I've filed 3 claims in those 9 years. Trupanion covered 2 claims. You gave no reason why the last claim did not qualify. The visit was not a wellness visit. It was a skin issue. I am still considering finding a new company to give my money to.

I recommend your company to all of my friends with pets. The most recent experience with the actual claim process was very appreciated. My wife passed away February 2021, Michelle always took care of the claims. I did not realise how much was covered until I inquired. It was a very satisfying experience, considering all of the claims I had not filed since Micâs passing. If only the main stream, human health care system, and insurance companies were as easy and straight forward to deal with.
