My dog had to get TWO TPLO surgeries…
I made the decision to get pet insurance for my puppy when she was under one year old and the reason why is because I never wanted to have to decide between money and possibly saving my dogs life. HealthyPaws insurance gave me the peace of mind that if anything ever happened to my dog I would always be able to help her without worrying about the cost of vet bills. At just 2 years old, sure enough my dog tore her CCL in both hind legs. That came out to around $8000 for both TPLO surgeries not including the visits I made to the specialist to figure out what was wrong with her. With HealthyPaws I received 90% of that back. Without HealthyPaws insurance I don’t think I would have been able to get the surgery done for her so soon and her limping was pretty bad so I’m grateful I was able to help her right away. HealthyPaws has always been quick to reimburse my claims (usually within a week) and the app is very easy to use. I usually get the itemized receipt emailed to me and then I just submit the receipt through email in the claims portal. I HIGHLY recommend them and also get insurance as soon as you can because they do not cover pre-existing conditions.

Trupanion - Amazing Company
I had purchased insurance for another pet, a beloved cat, thinking that the company that I chose was a good one. I found out the hard way, when it was too late because he became chronically ill, that not only did the policy have a $5000 dollar yearly limit, but when I did make a claim I was constantly asked for further documentation before the claim was paid. When we adopted our dog and cat, I researched pet insurance companies and decided on Trupanion. I can't say enough about this company. They have been amazing and I pray that they never change. I submit by fax, the submission is acknowledged promptly and just as promptly I receive an email advising me that the claim was processed, completed and a direct deposit is in my account within a day or so. I recommend this company to strangers as well as family. Keep up the great work Trupanion!!

Easy and hard to deal.
Easy and hard to deal. I was trying to claim the case. But they have refused the claim 3 times. I had tried to explain them the difficulty to find a doctor during the pendamic. Finally they accept one of my claims.

Month on July was not kind to my baby…
Month on July was not kind to my baby Kona.. dont know what I would have done , if we didnt have ASPCA Pet Insurance. I entered 3 claims about a couple of days apart,, See my Baby broke her front left leg.. Her Femur broke in 3 pcs.. She needed a very complicated and expensive Operation.. I have a fixed income .. ASPCA I think understand how important it is to process these claims as quickly as they can,, within 2 days of me submitting the first 2 claims I had already received my Reimbursement , direct deposit to my bank . the 3rd Claim was the big one, this one had the Operation and 3 night in the hospital , you all know this is not cheap either... Once again they are there for us , and process the claim within a week. and this was only because I didnt include all the information needed, once I uploaded what they needed, they processed it on a WEEKEND, yes you heard me correct, A WEEKEND.. I am grateful for ASPCA I have had them for more then 10yrs , and every time I have needed them , THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME... I thank all your team and your customer service, you are ABOVE THE REST ... in my BOOK YOU ARE NUMBER 1.. thank you for helping get my baby on the road to recovery
