Don’t hold your breath for reimbursement, it takes forever
Takes forever to get some of your money back. Why isn’t pet insurance like human insurance. Bill through them first then bill us. I don’t understand that. My dog needs medication and it takes them a month to reimburse, by that time I’m already paying again. I also have the best wellness plan, but don’t need things like a microchip so it’s kinda a waste.

I cannot say enough good about this company! I have had this insurance for, maybe 20 years. I will never be without them. I have saved tons of money bc of them. Caring thoughtful personable. They actually call you when your pet passes. Claims are easy and timely. If they need more info, THEY reach out to your vet they don’t wait for you to provide it. I have recommended ASPCA Ins to many friends and they are so thankful and happy with the service. I don’t think people understand that this is just like people insurance, read read read your policy and know your coverage. I’m a customer for life!

Beyond disappointed with this company
Beyond disappointed with this company. Read the fine print as they have just increased the cost substantially because my dog turned 5. They were not at all transparent about prices increasing when I signed up when my dog was a puppy. The customer service reps only explanation was we are allowed to make increases… we are an insurance company. I cancelled their policy and do not recommend them .

Absolutely terrible experience working…
Absolutely terrible experience working with PetsBest. They will actively sabotage your pet's essential care by justifying everything they can as a pre-existing condition. Their customer service is rude and apathetic. Your monthly bill is not worth its weight in dog water. And in anticipation of PetsBest's boilerplate response: no you are not sorry, and I will not be having a great rest of my day thanks to the financial and emotional toll your unethical and terrible "service" has taken on our dog and our family.

Caring and a true partner!
I truly believe this is one of the finest companies I have ever been a consumer with! I recently lost my beloved Sheltie to hysticytic sarcoma of the brain. Trupanion helped me from beginning thru the time we decided everything had been done to help my dog. Each time I contacted Trupanion they treated me with kindness and caring. They truly were my partner in trying to provide the best care possible. Trupanion is true to their philosophy and I will always appreciate everything they did during what was a difficult journey.
