Just enrolled my cat!
I looked at so many different pet insurance plans and was becoming very frustrated because of the expensive premiums with low coverage they offered. A friend suggested I check out ASPCA Pet Insurance. I did and couldn't believe how much better it is compared with the other plans! I enrolled my cat right away. It was easy. I called Customer Service with one question and spoke with such a nice representative who was very helpful and friendly. I haven't made any claims yet! Thank you for offering such a great pet insurance plan! Five stars so far!

Getting worse with each experience
Don't explain anything. Always look for the way to pay you the least. If you submit one claim, you can never update or change your policy. You deductible is per renewal period year, not annual so make sure you pay attention to that. They take the deductible out of what they owe you not out of total paid in order to pay you the least amount possible. This has become a scam artist insurance company and I'll be switching asap.

the fact that I do not need to speak to anybody, and getting insurance was fast and easy online. Another thing was that this was the cheapest Insurance that was offered to me over the competitors. I will gladly continue to utilize this company when My Annual insurance is back up next year.

Very helpful
Monica called and was very helpful in explaining the various options and answering questions. The policies for our 2 cats are much less than the previous insurance we had and at least as good. The 24/7 vet call feature is something that should be helpful when needed.
