This is a great company
This is a great company. I adopted a dog from a shelter in 2012 and immediately purchased insurance for him, because our recently-deceased, beloved family dog had contracted four types of cancer, none life-threatening, during his 13-year lifetime, which required more than $25,000 to treat. This company was then called "PetPlan," and I'm happy to report that they do everything they promise to do: fairly and quickly consider claims, and make payment exactly as outlined in their terms. I'm very pleased with my 10+ years of experience with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the peace of mind knowing their beloved animals can receive the medical care they need without causing bankruptcy for their humans.

Pets Best is amazing
Pets Best is amazing! They always review claims in a timely manner and send out payment checks quickly. They are always friendly and helpful on the phone and explain things clearly whenever a question arises. Everybody that has a pet should use Pets Best! Thanks for being so amazing and always making it easier for me to make decisions I need to make concerning my pet’s health. I have 2 pets and it’s always excellent service for both of them.

Best thing I did
Getting insurance was the best thing I did for my pet.Having Pets Best when my dog needed 2 knee surgeries made it so I could afford the $9,000 plus vet bill.I would highly recommend getting Pets Best I wont go without it.

My young pup had a botched neutering…
My young pup had a botched neutering and was put on antibiotics. He was allergic to them and started vomiting and having diaharrea We had to rush him to the Emergency Vet ...the swelling at the surgery site along with holding nothing down , we were really afraid . This is where having pet insurance can bring so much peace of mind . My pup was treated and now doing very well .We filed our claim and within 5 days the reimbursement was in our bank . No fuss , no bother just processed quickly and efficiently ! I doubt you could find a Pet Insurance as great as Fetch !!!!

People always worry about claims being paid, not by Fetch! My baby Jessie the Olde English Bulldogge, best stubborn loving dog ever tore her ACL. She had her surgery, still recovering.
