Easy to use app, some of the info they ask for is vague and I’ve had to call to clarify but now that I know exactly what they are looking for, it’s easy to use.

Quick turnaround and great customer service
I have never had problems getting my claims reimbursed, usually under two weeks. Recently I used the estimate feature and when I submitted the claim it was paid in under two days! My boy is here today because of pumpkins coverage! I have been able to reach customer service easily anytime I've had any questions and they've been very helpful too!
