I’m very happy with MetLife Pet…
I’m very happy with MetLife Pet Insurance! Luckily my dog doesn’t get sick very often but her yearly checks can be costly. MetLife pays us back for the vet bill (minus deductible) promptly which is a relief! Mainly it gives us such peace of mind knowing that if an emergency happens our baby is covered.

Grateful for this safety net
I have to be honest, I was reluctant about the monthly cost of pet insurance. Despite my regret over not having it for my previous furbaby and the financial strain I experienced over an emergency gall bladder surgery he needed, I was still a little skeptical about whether or not it was going to be worth it for my newly adopted dog, half-expecting every claim to be denied due to sneaky caveats in the policy. But I am so glad I moved forward despite my concerns, as I have been tremendously and pleasantly surprised by MetLife. They have come through with reimbursements on every claim I've submitted, and the financial support has been invaluable. My sweet pup has had several unexpected emergency visits and if not for MetLife's coverage, the costs would have been devastating. I am so grateful for this safety net, and also for the ease of the submission process and the speed at which the claims have been reviewed and processed! Also worth noting is that every person I've spoken to on the phone from MetLife has been incredibly kind, helpful and patient with me and my many questions!
