Sally Leonard an absolutely superb representative for the company and despite some previous negative experiences that I had with Fetch, she managed to salvage some good feelings about the company. She is personable and efficient and listens intently with the desire to work to and solve the problem at hand. She would be an asset to any company on earth and Fetch should be thankful that she is on its team.

Affordable because they DON'T PAY
Plan seems affordable but as soon as you start a claim, they ask for ridiculous information to get away from paying

Reasonable pet insurance.
Price is reasonable. If my dog gets sick I have help with the bills. Had a call from Spot today to thank me for taking out the insurance and she went over the policy. Pleasantly surprised with the call.

What's the rush?
The company should consider not sending out a rating survey in the same week that the pet owner purchased the insurance coverage. Maybe waiting until after the first claim is filed might yield a more accurate picture.
