5 stars because of how simple it is to submit claims online through the app and such quick reimbursement. So thankful we purchased pet insurance this year.

The Family plan is great option!
The Family plan covering multiple pet is a great option. Very easy to use website and process. Hopefully never have to put in a claim but if I do hopefully just as easy. So I would recommend the family plan to anyone with multiple pets!

I was skeptical
I was skeptical, but it was relatively easy to make a claim as long as you keep records, and reimbursement for my dog’s vet bills was reasonably prompt. Their website is friendly & easy to navigate.
