MetLife Pet is the best. When you submit a claim it's a simple easy online process. They review claims and pay out quickly. I highly recommend MetLife Pet.

Worth it? Im not sure.
A $435.00 bill and you covered $76.64 of it. You explained why. I am not impressed. You processed the claim quickly. But that was the only positive. You have covered more of previous claims, but my premiums are double what they once were. My dogs are only 4 and 6 years old, so that was a quick escalation in monthly cost. Would i recommend your service? Probably not.

Pet’s Worst Insurance!
This is the worst insurance! They don’t answer the.phone or respond to emails. I’m going to contact CA insurance board and NAPHIA! They tell you to read your EOB. And, say it’s a problem that occurred before your insurance went into effect. A blood test is not a symptom and they don’t contact your vet either.. This insurance is a complete scam!! Don’t fall for it. Look at other people’s complaints, it’s all the same thing!

Customer service is always very helpful. The monthly payment is reasonable and when I do put in a claim to get the claim approved is fairly quickly and definitely easy to do. I would recommend anyone to this linsurance.

Quick and easy
MetLife Pet is easy to submit a claim and they always pay. Minimum human interaction needed. Last time it was really fast to get the reimbursement. Only down side is that on the first year I paid $45 a month. Now I’m paying $90.

Trupanion saved Loki’s life
Trupanion saved Loki’s life! We had no money for the emergency surgery he needed but Trupanion gave us the peace of mind to focus on Loki as they covered 90% of the estimate and they only took five minutes to respond and approve!
