Quick service but now another hike in payments
Submitting my dog’s claim was fast and easy. Unfortunately, another hike in monthly payments will be applied. How is it that such a percentage hike can be justified is beyond me. :(

Unhappy customer
We first purchased our dog's insurance through Pet Plan when she was about 3 months old. At sometime it was taken over by Fetch. We had never had to submit a claim until this year. I don't recall PetPlan having a time limit to submit a claim. Our dog had her first injury earlier this year. It would have barely covered the $300 deductible, so I didn't submit it immediately. A few months later when she was bred, she miscarried. After which I submitted both claims. At which time I learned that I was slightly past the time limit to submit the first claim, so it was totally denied. Ironically we had problems with Fetch sending us information about some other dog that wasn't even our dog for about a YEAR before I got someone to get it corrected. Yet the company expects the customer to submit claims in a short time, far shorter than a year.

If they pay you too much they will lower your coverage
Lowering coverage for people who have been paid “too much” in claims is really scummy. I think people would be more understanding with a premium increase, not being forced into a less than ideal plan.

CLAIMS ARE NOT PROCESSED ACCURATELY
I DON'T LIKE THE WAY YOU PROCESS CLAIMS AND I WROTE AN EMAIL ABOUT IT ON 7/13/2023. YOU DO NOT PROCESS CLAIMS TO BENEFIT YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO TAKE THE COINSURANCE BEFORE THE DEDUCTIBLE. YOU ARE PAYING THE LOWEST AMOUNT INSTEAD OF THE REASONABLE AMOUNT. I ALREADY ADVISED YOU THAT I WILL NOT USE YOU IF I GET ANOTHER DOG. AS PER INSURANCE RULES COINSURANCE SHOULD BE APPLIED AFTER THE PLAN'S DEDUCTIBLE. 8/20/23 YES YOU PROVIDED COVERAGE FOR MY DOGS WHICH I APPRECIATE BUT NOT AT THE CORRECT AMOUNT. THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING.
