Such an amazing customer experience
Such an amazing experience. With the worst luck ever, I've had two dogs require surgery within a month of each other. One was very critical with only 6 locations nationwide performing the surgery. I submitted the bill the morning I picked up my dog and had the fund THE NEXY DAY. Astounding service. I can't imagine not having Healthy Paws and highly recommend them. Claim process is very easy and fast. And the employees are all wonderful!

Least effort spent for insurance purchase - process was a breeze!
Applying and buying for a policy online was a breeze! Wow, I wish it’s always that easy for every insurance service I apply for. I like that the quote can be edited too so you can decide which add-ons are best. Contacting customer service via chat is super easy. I can’t rate Sonnet yet for service provided for claims (and not looking forward to anything happening that would require me to make a claim), but I give them 5 stars for my application and purchase experience. I only heard of Sonnet from our corporate discount site and glad I’ve found them!

Wonderful Pet Insurance Company!
Healthy Paws has been such a wonderful pet insurance company for us! Our goldendoodle gets recurrent ear infections due to genetics, and recently even had to have a cat scan performed, and Healthy Paws is always on top of reimbursing us for the hefty medical expenses for her. They reimbursed us the $2,400 for her catscan before our credit card payment was even due. I can’t say enough about how fabulous of a pet insurance company they are!

Good rates
Good rates, not the best customer service at times but gets the job done. Overall good experience, very difficult to get in contact with adjuster at time, my claim was stressful because of lack of communication.

Fetch really came through!
Fetch really came through! Our dog had unknown dental issues which required 3 removals during his last dental visit. The bill was significant but we were lucky because our policy covered most of it! Definitely took a huge bite out of our bill, returned that perky spring to our little guy’s step and affirmed that Fetch coverage is well worth it!

Quick and Efficient service whilst grieving my pet
My beautiful Zorro passed away a few months ago due to trauma he experienced. Submitting my claim for all the vet fees was quick and easy online. My claim was approved within 48 hours and my claim paid out 48 hours later. I was surprised at how smoothly the whole process went. I also adjusted my policy to include some other rescues we got, and the lady Cathy was experiencing computer issues, but she called me back the next day and again to ensure that everything was loaded and in place for all the furbabies. What excellent service! I recommend Metlife Pet Insurance to anyone.

Highly Recommend!
We enrolled our pup Olivia with Healthy Paws when we first got her at less than two months old. We knew we were the type of people who would treat her as our child and do anything if she got sick and figured if we have health insurance for ourselves, we should have it for our dog. We could not be more thankful we did. Healthy Paws has been nothing but wonderful to us. As a westie, we heard they are super prone to getting allergies, and sure enough she developed them. Healthy Paws would cover her shots every six weeks so for the first few years of her life that we were sort of breaking even. When she got a UTI one time, again they covered it. Then our pup, at only four years old started to have major health complications. Idiopathic cerebellitis and epilepsy, so bad that we actually had a vet tell us we should euthanize but we decided to get a second opinion and thankfully we did. In the past two years we have done two MRIs, two Spinal Taps, over 12 rounds of Cytozar Chemotherapy, more blood work than I care to count, she has been on a handful of medication, sometimes getting 13 pills daily, and they have covered just about everything! They don't cover the cost of the office visit (for us $45 regular visit to $110 ER visit) but you know that going in. We have a $500 deductible which we get to quick. The premium does go up a little each year but of course costs for just about everything have also gone up so we have no hard feeling there. If we didn't have healthy paws her medical bills would surely be close to $15,000 but we have only paid a small percentage of that. We have found the process of submitting a claim via the app to be incredibly easy. Just snap a photo with your phone of the invoice and you get an email saying it was received, another email saying in process, another email saying what was covered. The check comes in the mail quick. They let you know if they need more info. It's simple, easy, and all to say, we recommend Healthy Paws 100% to everyone.
