Pretty Good, but not perfect!
Unhappy with the new rules pertaining to the $500 deductible per incident. For some reason our last few claims have been delayed extensively. Prior to July 2022, the claims use to be processed and paid within 72 hours. Prior to these two issues, I would have given Trupanion a "10"

Great claims experience
My initial claim was processed as new instead of ongoing. So a deductible was charged when it shouldnât have been. The process to get it corrected was quick and easy. Appreciate Trupanion!

My 5 yr old Lab has been treated for cancer for 1 year and a half. needless to say it has been on medication during that time, along with vet visits, x-rays and blood tests. The insurance has been a blessing. I recommend anyone I know to get insurance when they get a puppy!
