Happy and helpful!
Emily was very helpful! I am happy with the service. I wish more specifics were laid out though for coverage, but overall that is my responsibility to investigate. I feel like I have peace of mind for my sweet puppy.

Fetch Came Thru for Daisy!
Our mini Schnauzer, Daisy, got really sick very suddenly. Before it was over, we saw three different vets and had lots of tests. Finally, we got some medication that has helped and she is doing well. We had no problem filing claims with Fetch and the claims were paid in what I consider to be a very acceptable amount of time.

Didn't come through when it mattered most!
After paying $20,000 in insurance payments for the last 10 years, a big claim came through and Trupanion would not cover it. The claim was that it was breeding related and we needed a rider. We were NEVER informed mastitis was not covered and a rider was necessary for nursing. $9000 Vet bill was not paid.
