We’ve insured our Bernedoodle with MetLife Pet Insurance for several years now, and they continue to impress us every single time. The claims submission process is incredibly seamless, responses are fast, and they do an excellent job keeping you updated throughout the entire process. Honestly, I’ve commented more than once that I wish the claims process for my personal healthcare insurance worked even half as smoothly as it does for our dog. Lola, our beloved Weimaraner, was diagnosed with lymphoma when she was a little over 4 years old. At the time, her oncologist warned us that treatment could cost as much as $20,000 - almost what a full college semester will cost our high schooler daughter. Having Pet’s Best, which has never unfairly denied our claims before, spare us from having to decide between paying for college and giving our beloved Lola around.
