Horrible service
Horrible service. Website having issues. Called customer service to cancel my policy Was on hold forever. Finally they said they’d have someone call me back. Waited an hour and a half. No call back. Called again. Was put on hold then someone from the wrong department answered. I’m canceling my policy. This is ridiculous

I've had an excellent experience with Healthy Paws. My 11-year-old Pomeranian has developed a slew of health issues as she's gotten older, and I've never had to worry since everything has been 100% covered with a 70% reimbursement.

You know that reasonable rate they gave when you signed up?
Enjoy that year. I originally signed up with MetLife thru work. They allowed me to fully insure both my cats for $59/month. Since that day a few years ago, they've effectively quadrupled their rates. Now I'm paying $120 / month for ONE cat, since they kept denying payments to the other cat for supposed "pre-existing conditions". I will say when they're not busy quadrupling their rates and asking for SOAP notes, they do actually pay out most claims.
