The figo pet cloud app is amazing! I love how easy it is to submit a claim. And the response time and explanations of what is covered or not covered is excellent. In a world of too many buttons I really love the simpleness of Figo app.

Quick to reply on a claim, took less than a day to respond and get me reimbursed my amount on the wellness plan. A lot of people don’t understand that usually you have to pay a good amount for good coverage. You pay for the good insurance and you get so much of it back from it. I Pay around 90 a month with 90% reimbursement and 15k covered with $250 deductible and a wellness plan and it’s worth it. The wellness plan does seem expensive but I got reimbursed a full $215 for my GSD puppy first vet visit.

Started with pc insurance,then these guys came in jacked up the monthly payments and the deductible,so now I was paying them monthly and out of my pocket to the vet ,because these guys raised my deductible to $400 ..in one month I payed $700 in total because 1 dog went in cost about $250 then my other dog had to go in for something different cost about 270 then I had to pay this scam $180.in about 8 years I paid about $10000 and have gotten nothing from these guys .better off opening a separate bank account and put that money there

Great customer service, very affordable
Besides the fact that Healthy Paws has helped us save thousands of dollars on health care for our cats, they have given us the confidence to approve every medical procedure recommended by the vet. We have never had to worry about the cost, only what's best for our pets. Their customer service is also exceptional -- much better than our own insurance company! Everyone is very helpful, claims are easy to file online, and reimbursements are sent promptly. Customer questions are always answered personally with great courtesy. We will continue to insure every pet we ever have with Healthy Paws.

Raising insurance more than % allowable.
After years of having pet insurance through met for my cat and my dog, the policy was more than doubled. I have never made a claim either. I was also given no notice that it would be increasing so much and when I called they said that's how it is now in Florida for all insurance. The rep also hung up on me mid sentence sending me to give feedback on the call experience.

Dog hit by car, Having Embrace saved him
Our dog was hit by a car and required major surgery and multiple follow ups. Without having Embrace pet insurance I don’t know if he would be alive right now. With his surgery supported by Embrace, he is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you Embrace!!
