Smooth process and efficient response
It's seamless. Our vet directly submit the bill to trupanion, and within a few minutes, we receive an email acknowledging receipt and then another email listing out our deductible balance and how much will be covered. Very efficient and smooth process.

I was very happy with the experience I had.
I was very happy with the experience I had. I did question being denied the charges for removing a grass seed from her ear, as that was the cause of her ear infection. It did happen in 2019 as well, removed under anesthetic, and treated for the resulting infection. The vet was slow to find the root cause, and therefore she was treated for regular ear infection, prior to discovering the grass seeds. However, since she is not prone to ear infections, this should not be a problem.

Every Pet Should Be Insured
An amazing company that I would never go without. They have been wonderful with the 3 pets we have insured with them (2 cats, 1 dog) for 11 years. They are prompt in processing claims and are completely transparent with their process. I don't know what we would do without them.
