Long claim turnaround time
I originally submitted my claim on August 14th and it took nearly a month for a resolution. This was for a $1,300.00 bill. If I didn't have the money to pay this bill upfront, I would be in a lot of trouble. I do not like the turnaround times for claims. It also took a long time for me to get a resolution on a basic neuter for my puppy. Not happy.

The worst experience with any company I have ever interacted with in my life. Avoid at all costs. Their practices are questionable at best and fraudulent at worst. Please do not use them.

We’ve been using Figo for about a year now and we love it! Unfortunately our pup had some issues this year, but Figo made the financial part one less thing to worry about. The app is really easy to work with I can submit a claim in less than 2 minutes. The review process is pretty quick and we’re updated every step of the way. We will definitely have Figo insurance for all of our dogs going forward

Efficient, expeditious and easy
I filed a claim on Sunday morning and it was settled within 72 hours. The process is very simple- essentially log in, upload the medical procedures summary and submit. I was so relieved that it wasn’t a paperwork headache or a phone tree disaster- I couldn’t have handled that in addition to the stress of having such a sick little dog. So efficient- I wish all insurance providers operated this way.

Since choosing SPOT for my Golden Retriever ( Millie) pet insurance I am very confident we will be pleased with the service that SPOT offers. SPOT has reached out to welcome us into their pack by texting and emailing many welcoming messages offering help! We have even received a phone call from a representative offering to answer any questions and help!!!
