I have compared plans and you will not find a better provider. Don't even think about another insurance company for your beloved pet. This company is fast, courteous, fairly priced and reimburses fast and generously.

Best Pet Insurance Hands Down!
Hands down the best pet insurance you can find & the most affordable. As a dog trainer who owns working line GSDs, pet insurance is a must & I will never use anyone else! The claim process was super easy and straight forward to complete. I got reimbursed for veterinary expenses about 5 days after I submitted the claim. Really a fantastic company to consider!

Multiple claims
I have made numerous claims recently because past claims were never filed. Many have been paid; some denied; some toward the deductible and some still pending. I think that too much was applied to my deductible in 2024 and I submitted an email for clarification. That is still pending. I was out of town for many months and while I had the insurance premiums automatically charged to my checking account, no claims were filed. I worked with a number of representatives at Pets Best to get all the claims filed. It was a bit overwhelming, and they were very helpful. Many of the claims have been paid---denied----or applied to the deductible, but there are still a number pending. I have received emails that they have been received and are in process. Considering the circumstances, the overall response and assistance from Pets Best has been excellent.

This is our first policy with MetLife. We have found it very easy to understand the communications we have had with the company. (That’s not always the case with other companies!) So far, we understand all of the interactions we have had with the MetLife and feel that we are well covered and well informed. Looking forward to working together for the future!

Worth it? Im not sure.
A $435.00 bill and you covered $76.64 of it. You explained why. I am not impressed. You processed the claim quickly. But that was the only positive. You have covered more of previous claims, but my premiums are double what they once were. My dogs are only 4 and 6 years old, so that was a quick escalation in monthly cost. Would i recommend your service? Probably not.
