Love METLIFE
So glad we had the MetLife dog insurance. This past summer my Frenchie suffered a horrible seizure and had to stay in the hospital for 4 days - then we had to go visit a neurologist vet. Thousands of dollars..... Already had met my deductible and very happy to say I got 90% back! It is very easy to submit the claims - and reimbursement comes in about 3 weeks. So happy I had the insurance.

False advertising- they do not process claims for months
Their website boasts "fast claims". But it's been 4 months and I'm still waiting.
I filed 2 claims in June, and it is now September with no resolution, other than emails saying "we're working on it". After MULTIPLE calls wasting my own time, no anwers.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. They have nice agents, but awful service.
They gave me excuses like "we're changing systems". That was 4 MONTHS AGO.

New to pet insurance
I have never had pet insurance so I debated getting it for our newest dog. You hope to never use it, but just like any insurance, it’s nice to have if you do need it. Thankfully we did not have a large ER bill, but it certainly could have been. The process to make a claim was fairly easy. There was a little extra than I expected, but thankfully our regular vet had what we needed. Thank you for providing this option.

Excellent coverage, pricing and claims process
I've been with Healthy Paws for approximately 5 years for one dog. Recently added a second dog. Pricing and coverage is excellent and affords us peace of mind. I've had to file a few claims and I am very much impressed with the claims process. It is extremely efficient and easy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.
