Easy to file a claim. Claim was reviewed and processed more quickly than promised. Received exactly as the contract. Reimbursed at 90% minus the initial, annual deductible. Was surprised I needed to use insurance on a kitten so young but it really came in handy, especially when my kitten became unexpectedly sick just before the holidays.

Chad Wayne was very helpful.....
Three phone calls and two emails got the policy done. I am 85 and our landline phone is not the greatest......but.....Chad stuck it out and was a good listener and patient with me. I am happy with the monthly payment and policy provisions.
