Easy to file claims
Easy to file claims, easy to track claim status, the app is good it shows you so much about your pet. Only complaint is how long it takes to process claims, they should drop the 5 from 5 to 10 business days and make it 10 business days, most claims take a while to process. Otherwise all positive with MetLife Pet insurance!!

MetLife Pet Insurance is the best!! I recently had to take our dog to the vet for dental surgery, and our claim was submitted and approved and finalized within 10 days with the online MetLife app. We are so grateful to have our pup with MetLife Pet.
