We have Trupanion and we have had it for over 10 years but when we suggest it to our friends they say it is the most expensive pet insurance.

Now, this is great service!
My vet suddenly told me they had stopped submitting their invoices to Trupanion, so I called and to my surprise they said - no problem. Just sent whatever you have. I did., They paid on Margarita's rattle snake bite so fast I was stunned. Like literally in 48 hours they analyzed the claim, processed payment, and it was in my bank. That is what I call service.
