Bureaucracy or scam - Terrible do not get
They claim to not receive your forms. Then they refuse coverage. They drive you crazy with bureaucracy. Absolute nonsense.

Im so happy I got metlife.
The claim process was very simple. Fill the forms, ask your vet for a full email of the visit and receipts of payment. In less then a week I got the payment. I had to submit 3 claims in 3 months for 2 of my dogs. I got back $3,900. Im so happy I had Metlife coverage.

Another bump
The vets and their staff were both professional and empathetic towards me and my pet. My previous vet closed up shop in February 2025 and the road has been difficult. We almost lost my dog in March. We have been going to specialists for 6 months. This was the first time going back to a vet for normal care and we are so happy with them.

Healthy Paws has been great in a time of need. They have processed my claims very quickly and have remained in communication throughout the claims process. When paying for insurance for so many years while my dogs were healthy, I worried if the company would be there for me when really needed, and they have absolutely come through as promised.
