Great customer service
Rep was very thorough with providing plan coverage information and verifying that I understood all aspects of the plan. She took the time to explain all my options (regarding deductible) and how that would affect the monthly charge for the policy. I initially had to call due to the breeder code expiring and she explained what I can do to waive the waiting period.
