Assistance when needed!
My Precious joined our family 3 1/2 years ago. I knew from what I heard and the cost of pets vet bills that if something major happened to Precious, I wanted to be able to take care of her. Up until 3 weeks ago we did not have a major event. But.......when it came....words can not describe how thankful I was that Trupanion was helping me with her medical bills and I was able to see that she received whatever she needed without having to worry about finances. I could handle the ductible and the 10% while they paid 90%.

Our claim was processed extremely quickly, less than one week. It was very easy to file the form on my phone using the Spot app. We really appreciate the help since our dog was diagnosed with lymphoma.

Not my best experience with Pets Best, but not bad at all
I usually process all my claims through the app on my phone, but for some reason I was not able to do so for this claim. The extra steps to get the claim submitted were a little annoying, but not actually bad. The fact that I had no way to determine if they had even received my claim also stressed me out a bit, but they claim did get processed and I was notified once it was. 4/5 simply for the extra work and not knowing the status of my claim easily, but overall I still like the service provided by Pets Best.

Pumpkin! Best Pet Insurance out there!
I've been with Pumpkin Insurance for several years now. Two dog insured. When I had to file a claim, they made it easy. They have an online option and great customer support. I used both and they had my claim approved and paid within 24hours. Some insurance companies don't have the same breadth of coverage that Pumpkin has or they have much longer waiting periods. I rarely write reviews, but if you are searching for Pet Insurance, be sure to look into Pumpkin.
