Our cat had swallowed a needle and thread
Our cat had swallowed a needle and thread that had to be removed by endoscopy on New Years day. We ended up paying over $4700. They did a great job and our cat is back to normal. We submitted our claim to Embrace and within two two weeks received our money with no hassle. I was pleasantly surprised that they made it so easy. Highly recommend Embrace.

Took $900 from my account when it wasn't authorized. Made a few calls, difficult to deal with, was promised a reimbursement. Still have not received it. Been waiting since Feb 3, 2021.

great service!
My puppy got into some rat poison and had to see the vet every week which is very expensive. So glad Pets Best got us cover 90% of the bill. Just wish it would be a little faster than 2 weeks for the reimbursement to come. But everything is great other than that! Highly recommend!
