Its a scam...
People who get pet insurance usually want something they can rely on to be there when their little child animal gets sick or hurt, knowing they are unable to afford the vet bills. In this case, PetsBest is a huge scam taking over a month just to deny all my claims from taking my dog to the vet from being very ill. Causing another round of bills to come by to collect just so they can take their time and say no while cashing out my monthly bill.

Embrace is a lifesaver for sure
Embrace is a lifesaver for sure. Having two dogs is quite expensive when they have to go to the vet. They get you your refund pretty quick which is very important in these times. Unfortunately I chose one of my pets because my other one has too many preexisting conditions, she is over 10 years old. Thank you Embrace for taking care if Gracie, we all appreciate it. Oh and I will definitely use them for future pets. Very affordable.

So far, so good.
I haven’t had to use the insurance yet. But on my first anniversary with Figo my premiums we lowered on both of my two Doxie pups and that is wonderful during these inflationary times!

They find every reason not to pay!!!
They find every reason not to pay from your dogs name, not being on the bill to the items not being itemized to the bill not being a paid in full with a zero balance then they call your vet and bug the crap out of them because the bill might’ve been hand written with the Vets name address and everything imprinted on the bill it’s absolutely absurd if you provide a bill and it shows the information and the totals are there then why wouldn’t you pay the bill? Your vet is not going to allow you to leave without paying your bill ridiculous.

Prompt Claim Service
Prompt Claim Service, covered what the policy said it would. Read the fine print folks, I did. I read what was and wasn't covered, and did a lot of shopping in the two weeks after I acquired my new Yorkie puppy. I narrowed it down to two carriers and signed up with both, continued to read and research, and then at the end of the 30 day evaluation period, chose one and cancelled the other. I read the reviews on each, listed to others complaints and made sure not to make the same mistakes they did. I took my new puppy to the vet within two weeks of signing up, got them to fill out the orthopedic review form, and then at the end of the 14 day waiting period for accident/illness had my vet sent over my pets complete medical records to Embrace and requested they review her history for any pre-existing conditions and advise me of their findings, exclusions if any. After that, I signed up for direct deposit reimbursement, any claims I needed to file have been acknowledged within 7 days and reimbursed super promptly within the next 5-7 days, no muss no fuss. My vet sends me a receipt before I leave their office, I pay them and I get home, log in provide the receipt from the vet showing what they did with line item detail for cost/treatment and in 13 days or less I receive an email advising me my claim is settled and to log in and see the result. After 60 days and multiple claims for wellness/illness/injury, all has gone smoothly and I am glad I bought the Embrace Accident/Illness/Wellness coverage for my new puppy. So short answer, read the fine print, know what is covered and what is required to be reimbursed, follow the directions and choose Embrace. I am happy and would choose Embrace again.

You can call the 800 number anytime.
I called the 800 number the first time to change my CC number. I was told that a link was sent to my phone sp that I I could continue on my phone. M problem I don’t carry data on my phone. Called the 800 back, requested an agent. A very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful woman(Samantha) did everything for me . She also addressed a few other questions I had. I just love Fetch Insurance.
