When our dog became really ill !!!
When our dog became really ill, needing specialized care, from Veterinary Referral hospital, where he spent 3 nights, I would have never imagined, many inpatient needs, including the stay, feeding tube, round the clock inpatient care, testing, more testing, Trupanion was incredibly helpful (as our preventative health insurance for our dog) and made this upsetting situation, with is still ongoing) easier, more manageable financially (our costs were very high) and gave us help during this continued difficult time. Thank you for your support in helping us navigate through this situation.

Pets Best is amazing!
We have used Pets Best for our dog for 5 years and we have been consistently happy with their payouts for claims and for their 24/7 vet service line. Pets Best has always covered what they said they would under our plan (we have a $250 deductible and then they cover 90% of covered services in our policy and we cover the remaining 10%) which has been great and super helpful financially - a plus is that they've completed and payed out the claims in a very timely manner! Unfortunately, our dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer, and we've been consistently grateful that we've had Pets Best over the years, but are especially grateful during this time knowing we are able to provide the best care possible to our doggo! We highly recommend Pets Best to all dog and cat owners as we have had an amazing experience with them over the years! Truly the best!
