Reimbursed in 3 days, quick to respond
The waiting period is a bit of a pain but otherwise once you're on the insurance they are so quick to respond, easy to contact a real person for support and I always get my reimbursement within 3 business days. I am so happy we got insurance because our puppy has needed quite a few unforeseen vet visits over the first year of his life.

Incredible service from Healthy Paws
Our experience with Healthy Paws has been nothing but incredible. The customer service representatives are prompt, helpful, and courteous. After submitting a claim, they always write to check in on our dogs and see how they're doing. They are incredibly easy to work with and reimburse at a high rate, but also incredibly quickly.
