Filled out on line application, went through payment, and received emails warning not covered yet but thought that just meant waiting period hadn't ended yet. Luckily nothing has happened, but was frustrating to find out dog wasn't covered the whole time I thought he was.

Real Coverage Less than Advertised
First time claim for one of my cats was a big surprise in terms of what I expected in coverage and what I received. By the time Trupanion had deducted costs that did not apply, including the anticipated deductible, examination and food costs, I was paid $258 dollars on a $740 claim, about $100 less than my estimate. The response time was much faster than the small claim for another cat. However, this has me questioning the coverage I would receive for a claim in thousands of dollars.

I have a 13 month old Yorkie with digestive issues. I have submitted several claims to Pets Best, and they have paid each and every claim without questions. They are the best pet insurance!

Trupanion
Trupanion is terrific pet insurance. My dog Sandy was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus and Trupanion has been excellent with covering a good portion of my costs for xrays ,medications etc. Every time I ha ve contacted a Trupanion rep by phone they have been so supportive and so helpful I am very thankful that I have a super great insurance provider like Trupanion. I would highly recommend Trupanion as excellent coverage, support and coverage!
NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR 6 DAYS! -RESOLVED!
I have been trying for the last 6 days to contact a live person at Fetch - I am calling during live phone hours - yet another announcement says they are closed. Meanwhile I have 2 claims just sitting stating they need more documents - I called them quite a while ago when their phones were working, and it was confirmed that they indeed found what they needed within the documents they already had - and that the claims would be processed. WELL…..it is not happening - and no one has been answering the telephones. I would like someone from the company to call me. MATTER RESOLVED - SATISFIED. THANK YOU! CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS.
