AKC Pet Insurance claims are easy with quick response
AKC Pet insurance is easy to use and very prompt with reviewing, communicating, and paying claims. You simply upload a copy of the vet bill and they immediately confirm they received it. My experience is that it is reviewed and I receive a statement with in 24 -48 hours. My claims have been paid by a check in the mail with in one week on most occasions. I wish my own health insurance was this easy.

This company sucks with timelines
This company sucks with timelines. We have been waiting for them to review my dogs medical history to determine if the costs will be covered. I have spoken with the vet and they seem to be providing Embrace everything that they have asked for in a timely manner yet nothing. This frustration could have been avoided had Embrace kept me in the loop of any and all updates. This would have been helpful instead of me trying to track information. Once the coverage term expires I will be looking for another pet insurance company.

They pay claims
They do what an insurance company should do: pay you for submitted claims. I have submitted 3 claims and all 3 have been reimbursed as I expected and fairly quickly. I have called them multiple times to check in items and their customer service staff is friendly and helpful. Very happy with this service and we will be renewing our insurance next year!

Way overpriced and don’t cover everyday…
Way overpriced and don’t cover everyday basic flea, tick and Hearworm meds beyond a small allowance. Purchased the premium plan with wellness for over $700.00. Had basic care and spay but never came close to getting over $300.00 covered return dollars to us. Will not recommend, did not renew. Recommend anybody but spot.

Extremely satisfied with MetLife Pet In’s.
It’s been a year since I signed up my precious St. Bernard with MetLife, and I glad I went with them! They are very courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Their claim processing time has been for 95% of the time in a timely manner. I have and will continue recommending them to family, friends, and at the vets office!
