disappointment
I filed a claim on August 23, 2025-to date have heard NOTHING except more information was needed about 3 weeks after original claim submitted and after i had to make an inquiry as to status of claim. Information was sent and i have heard nothing so probably canceling shame

I recommend Healthy Paws every opportunity I get. When you adopt a young puppy into your family you never know what may lie ahead. Teddy is the most loving little dog you may ever meet. I’ve been through a lot of health issues with my pets and with MetLife. After understanding the process, how to handle uploading the correct claim information & the fluctuation in monthly cost annually I am more comfortable with MetLife pet insurance (way better than progressive).
