I recently spoke to Amanda Mello, and I was genuinely impressed! She was incredibly knowledgeable about pet insurance knew all the contracts and coverage options inside and out. What stood out even more was how relatable and friendly she was. You can tell she truly loves what she does and she has a real passion for insurance. Quick reimbursement
My 2yr old Cavalier King Charles has been healthy, only needing her vaccinations and flea/tick/heart med. I submit the receipt from the Vet and within a few days I have the reimbursement in the bank. Thank you for a quick response.

I Love Pets Best Insurance Insurance!
I’ve had Pets Best Insurance since 2019, and my Labrador is now almost 12 years old. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. Before choosing Pets Best, I compared several pet insurance options, and I’m glad I went with them. Their response time is excellent, the policy options are flexible, and while premiums have increased as my dog has aged, that’s completely expected. Overall, I’m very happy with Pets Best and highly recommend them.
