Excellent customer service and fast claims processing
Every Nationwide customer service rep I have spoken to has been extremely friendly and helpful. Turn around time for processing claims and receiving reimbursement is speedy and I have had no problems with coverage transparency. I would highly recommend Nationwide's pet insurance.

My happy and healthy Annie is very lucky to have such wonderful insurance from MetLife pet... The claims are always paid in a timley manor, she gets all her needs met! Lol.. We are proud to have MetLife Pet insurance for our puppy Annie. Thank you MetLife Pet insurance.

Overall a very very smooth experience, from submission to reimbursement. As long aS you submit all the required documents there is no hassle at all. Only thing I think could improve is turn around time compared to my experience with other pet insurance companies!

Great quotes, great service
I have worked in veterinary medicine for 22 years. Fetch is a newer company and when I got my puppy last Jan, I decided to get a quote. Not only did their quote knock all other companies out of the park, they have an app that makes it super easy for to send in your claims. I only had to use them twice this year and I am beyond happy with this complany
